Arbitration Overview

An attractive alternative to court resolution of disputes is private arbitration. Most attorneys of the firm serve on the mandatory arbitration panel for the Thurston County Superior Court. Our attorneys are available to conduct private arbitrations in the areas of personal injury, commercial disputes, collections, land use, real estate and family law.

Our attorneys are recommended by plaintiff attorneys, defense attorneys, insurance companies and governmental agencies to serve as an arbitrator.

The benefits of arbitration include quicker resolution, no possibility of being "bumped" or "trailed" so live witnesses can be easily scheduled, and no appeals. Confidential "high-low" agreements can be made if desired.

Arbitration Fees

Unlike the commercial firms who offer arbitration services, we do not charge an administrative or "set-up" fee, but simply a reasonable hourly rate. Arbitrations may be conducted in our offices (at no extra charge). Our attorneys are "in the trenches" daily so your arbitrator will have up-to-date practical experience in your type of case.
