Jerry M. Gray elected to Olympia Film Society’s Board of Directors

The Olympia Film Society is the proud owner of the Capitol Theater in downtown Olympia. The 762-seat-theater is an Olympia landmark, and has been in continuous use as a theater since 1924.

The Olympia Film Society annually hosts the Olympia Film Festival, and brings live music and performing arts to the stage throughout the year.

Chris Meserve Elected to State Bar Board of Governors

Chris Meserve has begun a three-year term on the Washington State Bar Association's Board of Governors. Meserve, who has been an attorney for 38 years, was elected to represent the 10th Congressional District until 2019. She joins the 15 member governing board along with three other new Governors. She was sworn in on September 29 at the WSBA's annual awards dinner in Seattle.

Connolly's Crew Finishes 24th in the Nation

Connolly's Crew, the Relay for Life team sponsored by CTM, completed another successful fundraising year in August. The team is ranked #1 in the state of Washington and #24 out of over 150,000 teams in the nation. This year the team raised over $105,000 for the American Cancer Society. Since being formed in 2008, the Crew has raised over $550,000 for the fight against cancer. Connolly's Crew is co-captained by Jonathan and Shelley Sprouffske.
